Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting (required)
- Strong understanding of medical terminology (required)
- Knowledge of chronic care management processes (preferred)
- Fluency in English and Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese/Russian (preferred)
- Strong customer service mindset for internal and external customers (required)
- Medical Assistant and/or Medical Scribe Certification (required)
- Proficiency in computer software navigation, data entry, and data cleansing
- Familiarity with Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, or similar tools

Responsibilities
- Provide practice support including contacting members, caregivers, and care team members as directed
- Work closely with the clinical team to improve the health and care of members
- Coordinate patient care within the practice
- Perform accurate data entry within the electronic medical record
- Ensure data quality and accuracy
- Answer phones with a friendly demeanor and provide excellent customer service
- Schedule patient visits using mapping software
- Provide additional administrative support as needed
Qualifications
- Valid Medical Assistant Certification (required)
- Reliable transportation, including ability to travel within the designated service area
- A quiet workspace for remote days where patient conversations can occur in private
